Command and option aliases

Add lightweight alias support for commands and options.

Examples:

.command("build", build, |cmd| {
    cmd.alias("b")
})

Then:

app build
app b

should resolve to the same command.

Also support additional option aliases / short forms where useful.

Example:

-v, --verbose

Potential future extension:

-v, -V, --verbose

Partially implemented in v0.2.0.

Completed:

command aliases via .alias(...)
multiple aliases per command
aliases resolve to the same handler
Request.command preserves the canonical command name
aliases are shown in help output

Still open:

additional option aliases / multiple short forms
e.g. -v, -V, --verbose

Leaving this issue open until option alias support lands.
